Internship Employer Form

This form enables employers to submit internship positions directly to the director of internships for approval.

In order for students to receive COURSE CREDIT for internships, students must receive verification of acceptance into the internship TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the start of the Fall semester (for Fall internships), the Spring semester (for Spring internships), and TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the last day of the Spring semester (for Summer Internships - course registration for the following Fall Semester). Please review UNC Chapel Hill’s Academic Calendar (https://registrar.unc.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/9/2022/09/Chancellor-Calendar-AY21-22-22-23.pdf) to determine the first day of classes for each semester and the last day of Spring classes for summer internships. Internships in need of an intern for the Fall/Spring semester will not be posted after the start of each semester. Internships for the next semester can be submitted for approval and posting.
