As one of the country’s most well-known nonprofits, students can experience our mission and serve as storytellers who will:
• Capture candid photographs and videos
• Conduct frequent interviews
• Write short and/or long-form stories
• Develop, publish and monitor social content
• Participate in media training
• Access professional training and marketing tools
• Participate in strategic planning
Students will be supervised and coached by two public relations professionals; as well as engage with a large team. Ideal internship candidates would be able to complete a blended virtual and in-person experience, based out of the Raleigh, Durham, Fayetteville, Greenville or Wilmington areas.
