Live from Chapel Hill! A Night of Sketch and Improv Comedy from SNL’s Bryan Tucker and featuring Asian AF
(Friday & Saturday, Current Art Space, 7:30 p.m.)
Bryan Tucker has been a writer for “Saturday Night Live” for twenty years. He brings some of his favorite never-performed sketches—and some brand new ones—to life using themes of American polarization, modern media, and the dangers of sail spiders. Live from Chapel Hill! features special guests from Asian AF, the nation’s premiere Asian-American comedy variety troupe, including Nicole Asava, Donald Chang, Florence Friebe, and Akmal Tajihan. The evening also features a team of UNC alumni comedy performers, including Margaret Burrus, Bryan Burton, Stephanie Linas, and Allen Tedder.
