Position Overview
Join us as a programming and events Intern to gain hands-on experience in developing and executing programs and events that elevate our brand and engage our community and partners. Collaborate closely with our event team and become an integral part of our organization, supporting growth in entrepreneurship and nonprofits. Ideal for undergraduate and graduate students passionate about entrepreneurship, marketing, events, nonprofits, and community building, this internship offers opportunities to learn new skills and best practices while impacting the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Candidates need to be open to become part of an energetic organization and learn new skills and best practices. As entrepreneurs do, our interns grab opportunities and set themselves to success by optimizing their potential.
Duties to include but not limited to:
● Coordinate events and get involved with overall event management
● Gain hands-on experience in project management & related “tool-kits”
● Support operations and logistics for our programs & events
● Assist in updating CRM & database platforms
● Assist with compiling stats from our programs’ surveys to develop an Impact Report
● Work with staff to broaden outreach and development in the entrepreneurial community
● Analyze cohort entry and exit survey data
● Learn how to effectively use project management platforms and other administrative digital tools (Google Suite, Monday.com, Asana, Canva, Eventbrite, WIX, Slack, Discord and more).
● Other duties as assigned

Skills Required & Qualifications
● Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field
● Google Suite
● Monday.com (or any other Task Management platform)
● Canva
Hours Required and Work Aetting
● 12-15 hours per week during school time
● Internship duration and work schedule will be established upon a mutual agreement between the intern candidate and the internship supervisor
● Possibility to work some hours remotely upon a mutual agreement between the intern candidate and the internship supervisor
