We are looking for a dedicated, creative individual who wants to help our business grow! We are a small family owned and operated Camellia nursery and tea garden with a national reach and a passion for sharing what we know and what we grow with gardeners and tea lovers.
August – November, or more $12-15/hr depending on experience, on average up to 15 hrs/week. Hybrid in-person+virtual.
Responsibilities would include:
-Manage social media, website and newsletter updates
-Expand outreach, brand awareness for Camellia Forest Tea Gardens
-Film and edit educational videos for our Patreon audience
Opportunities also include
-Learning about growing and processing tea
-Help create or edit visual materials (handouts, website), branding or logo development, to serve our educational mission and marketing
-Extended job opportunity for winter and spring.
Qualifications
-Interested in tea or willing to learn!
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of our team
-Availability to work some weekend days, cover in person events
-Experience with basic video production and editing (required), photography
