A fantastic group of UNC students are enrolled in a Communication Studies course where they form a theater collective known as the “UNC Sex Ed Squad.” The UNC Sex Ed Squad went through an intensive training in activist theater techniques as well as HIV/AIDS education and prevention. They are now touring an engaging and challenging piece of activist theater aimed at educating ninth graders in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools about HIV/AIDS and sexual health.The show is called “My Revolution is to Talk” and we are having an on-campus showing April 5 at 7:00 pm to share the work with the UNC community.
