To make a reservation, please email uncperformancecoordinator@gmail.com.

  • Space may only be used for Communication class projects or COMM faculty sponsored or supervised projects.
  • Advance reservations may be requested only by sending an email to uncperformancecoordinator@gmail.com,  including the student’s name, PID, requested time, course name/number, and the name of the faculty instructor/supervisor.
  • Online reservation requests for the following week close at 5pm on Friday and are posted Monday morning.
  • Current space availability may be found via links at the top of this page or posted next to the door of the space.
  • Drop-in rehearsals must be signed out on the posted calendar, including student’s name, course name/number, and the name of the faculty instructor/supervisor.

Students are responsible for cleaning the space at the end of use: disposing of trash, returning chairs to rows, and neatly stacking blocks along the wall.
ALWAYS LEAVE THE SPACE IN BETTER CONDITION THAN YOU FOUND IT.

Bingham 203 Off-hours Use (after 7pm or weekends)

  • Bingham off-hours use requires approval of your instructor or faculty sponsor who may arrange One Card access to the building.
  • Outside doors to the building may NEVER be propped open during off-hours periods (an alarm will sound and campus security automatically called).
  • Students may not allow other students not already approved into the building nor give out their One Card for access.

Swain 104 Off-hours Use (after 9pm or weekends)

  • Swain off-hours use requires approval of your instructor or faculty sponsor, who may request access codes based on your PID.
  • All doors must be closed and lights must be turned off after use (especially those that connect Studio 6  to 104 or the shop).
  • Students do NOT have permission to use the Swain shop.
  • Outside doors to the building may NEVER be propped open during off-hours periods.
  • Students may not allow other students not already approved into the building nor give out their access code.

Violation of these procedures and rules will result in a student being denied all access to COMM rehearsal spaces.
